Wir suchen für LPH 3-6 ab sofort einen erfahrenen und engagierten Architekten (w/m/d).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Selbständige Ausführungsplanung
- Ausarbeitung von Details
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Abstimmungsgesprächen mit Fachplanern, Nutzern und Bauherren, auch in parallel laufenden Projekten
- Kommunikation mit und Koordination aller Planungsbeteiligten
- Erarbeiten von Genehmigungsanträgen mit Behördenkontakt
Dein Profil:
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Architekt
- Selbstständige und sehr zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, da wir ein kleines Team sind
- sehr gute, präzise und effektive Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, da Du in Projekten relevante Kommunikation eigenständig übernimmst.
- sehr gute und sichere Kenntnisse in ArchiCAD
- sicherer Umgang mit Excel, In Design , Photoshop
- sehr sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, insbesondere gegenüber Behörden und Ämtern
